With that in mind, Dr. Winkler is one of the few Fallbrook dentists in the North County San Diego to use a CAD/CAM system called Cerec 3. Now instead of waiting weeks for an outside lab, Dr. Winkler can fabricate restorations in one visit while you wait! Plus, we create these restorations from ceramic, which has many of the characteristics of normal, healthy teeth. There is no metallic taste and bacteria cannot adhere to them.
